Dream Date

Abhay was waiting for the train to reach Delhi as soon as possible ...it was his first semester break and will be meeting Geeta after 6 long months .....he just can’t wait to reach home....
Finally train reached at Delhi station at 9 PM in night which is over 5 hrs late then scheduled time... now he left with around 4 hrs journey which he has to do by road...he boarded bus around 10PM and reached his home at 1:30AM in midnight..... he went to bed anticipating about the following day which he planned to spend with Geeta....
He met Geeta in his IIT coaching and they became friends soon....they were just friends nothing more than this....they spend almost 1 year together in coaching and after that .... he always liked her company but never felt that they have something more than just friendship between them....
He reached ice cream parlor at 2:30 half an hour early then they are supposed to meet....he was anxious to meet her...finally she came at around 3:10....these 40 minutes was seems to be longest 40 minutes of his life...but when she arrived it all worth for....she was wearing traditional light blue colored salwar-kurta .....he always liked her in this dress.... on top of that she had her hair open....which she always disliked and he liked.... very light makeup....it was looked like she took lot of time in dressing up...all his favorite stuff..... the moment he saw her ....he was speechless...
First thing she asked him is how did she looks...and he was unable to say anything...his mind was too slow to react on this unexpected.....they sat there for some time in which they both talked about lots of things....about colleges....about new friends.... and lots of other stuff....it was 5 o’clock when they realized about time.... she told him now she has to go....he wanted her to stay for some more time but she had to go.... finally when there was no other option left he asked her if they can walk together till her home.... she agreed but said not till home he has to drop her before her home itself....
it was mid July and it was cloudy outside... they left cafe and started walking towards her home... it was main city market and as always crowded....they walked hand in hand and talked about future plans.... walking they reached MALL ROAD ....a clean and silent place... away from city traffic ... paradise for couples..... at anytime you can see many couples walking there.... it started breezing in some time and in no time it was raining heavily.... they were enjoying it.... they always enjoyed rains together.... and for him it was like more than he ever expected..... they saw a bench in park and sat there ...and enjoyed rains drops falling on grounds.... then he looked at her....rain drops were falling on her cheeks...touching her lips....he looked into her eyes..... their eyes locked.... not able to say any word.... his lips touched her ....she didn’t resisted ..... no one knows it was time after which they were meeting or rain....and they had their first kiss...... he felt as if he was in heaven....it was a small kiss but he enjoyed it..... after some time rain stopped and they started to move towards her home....
he didn’t want to leave her hand...but they reached from where she had to go alone....he asked if they can spend some more time ... but it was almost 8...she promised her mom that she will be back by 6... they were together for 5 hours but it seems to them like a moment only....
all of a sudden he felt like someone hit him..... someone was shacking him.....many people were near him..... and he realized it all was a dream.... his train is about to reach Delhi and all his friends were trying to wake him up.... he thought to himself ....will this dream ever come true..... how will his meeting with her go.....he washed his face ,collected his stuff and was ready to get down.....
